Define success.
Chart the path.
Track progress.
We help healthcare organizations turn strategy into clear priorities, owned actions, and results they can measure.
The plan is rarely the problem.
Most health systems have a strategic plan. Far fewer can say, a year later, which initiatives actually moved the numbers that matter.
Priorities multiply. Ownership blurs. The board sees activity instead of progress. Meanwhile headwinds increase and the next plan is already being drafted.
We help close the gap between the plan and the results.
Three questions every strategy has to answer.
Define success
What are we trying to achieve? Agree on a small set of outcomes, targets and trade-offs that leadership will actually stand behind.
Chart the path
What will we do to get there? Translate goals into funded priorities, owned initiatives, clear decision rights, and a governance rhythm that decides what starts, stops and scales.
Track progress
How will we know it's working? Build the scorecard and review cadence that show results early enough to change course.
Start where the gap is widest.
Strategic plan refresh & annual planning
Sharpen an existing plan into a few measurable outcomes, and build an annual planning cycle that ties budget and priorities to them.
Execution office stand-up
Design and launch the transformation or value-realization office that scopes, funds, governs and tracks your strategic initiatives.
Value realization design
Choose the handful of measures that show how your initiatives deliver, set targets, and build the review rhythm that keeps leaders and the board focused on the right investment.
For health systems, digital health companies, physician groups and health-focused organizations, large and small.
